POLICE yesterday arrested a man whose features matched the description of the serial killer.
Police trailed the man at the Zambia Daily Mail offices in Lusaka where he had walked over to give an interview.

DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Mukelabai Mukelabai yesterday asked the Lusaka High Court to strike off defence lawyer Sacika Sitwala's submissions from the record.
He described Mr Sitwala's submissions as insulting and demeaning.

MINUTES before being arrested, Lanelo Bwalya Mashawo said he was ready to tell the nation the truth about the mystery surrounding the killings of 70 innocent people.
The suspected killer was at the Mail offices in Lusaka to give more conditions to police before "giving names of the people involved in the killings".
